The British fund investment Alpha Real Capital hired EOS for technical and economic analysis when they bought the H2O Shopping Centre and its licenses. We also studied the urban situation of the shopping centre plots as well as their options for how to use the space.
The building is divided into ground, mezzanine and first floors in addition to the basement car park; all this is built in 135,000m2 that allocates commercial and leisure areas, and cinemas.
This collaboration with Alpha Real Capital was to renovate the inadequacies of the centre and to recommend improvements to boost the number of visitors.
Among the actions taken, we can highlight: the creation of a new outdoor leisure and entertainment area around the lake which gives the centre its name, new pedestrian entrances and paths, improvement of the exterior corporate image and a new interior design including a change in furniture, finishing touches and vibrant, living vegetation.
Walking through a route with a stretching or friendly places brings a multitude of sensations to the ride. The route offers a smooth circulation in passing areas or invites us to take a slower pace in areas of contemplation and rest.
