The family office Aristeas hired EOS for the technical study of purchasing an industrial warehouse in the CT of Coslada. The industrial building used to be the headquarters of the logistics company Ochoa. It is used as a logistics warehouse with a surface area of 12,000 m².

Internal suitability for administrative use
The study contemplates a complete revision of the building’s architecture and facilities as well as the execution of the refurbishment project to subsequently rent it to the logistics company Envialia, including the hiring of subcontractors, approval of certifications and development and completion supervision of the final project.
