The family office Aristeas hired EOS to develop the technical study for the purchase of an industrial plant in the CTC of Coslada, in a sale and lease back operation. The plant is used as a logistic warehouse with a surface of 13.000 m².
The study contemplated a complete revision of its architecture and facilities and, given the non-compliance of the current regulations, a full remodelling project was carried out for its legalisation. During the analysis phase, EOS coordinated the study with the environmental study company ERM, in order to develop a full technical risk investigation for the purchase.
