The EOS team worked for the Doughty Hanson fund investment giving them technical advice to buy the Éboli Shopping Centre in Madrid that covers 50,000m2. There are three commercial floors above-ground in the building with shops, restaurants and business area in addition to cinemas. It also has a parking in the basement.
This project involved management, planning and budgeting of the remodelling project for the façade, and of the refurbishment of the interior of the shopping centre with an overall vision to increase the number of visitors.
