After the real estate purchase by SOCIMI Hispania, it was clearly in need of a large investment to return it to the “prime offices” real estate market of Madrid. We’ve remodeled the inside of the building comprehensively, updating to the most modern of facilities.

Our team of engineers has been commissioned with the project management and implementation for all facilities such as air conditioning, electrical equipment, fire protection system and the voice and data communications system.

The work was done in stages due to the fact that there were tenants working on several floors of the building, which increased complexity of all works.  We needed to be accurately coordinated , as it was not possible to have any power or water cuts at any moment.
