Since 2011, the chain of Basco-Navarra restaurants called Imanol has trusted EOS for the expansion of their network. Since then, four new restaurants have been designed and constructed under our direction in Madrid.
We ́ve designed for the true mark of their cuisine to be displayed, characterised by conjoining the best and most classic raw materials from the area of Basque and Navarra, with an adapted 21st century style. As such, their spaces display a genuine and unique ambiance of warmth, yet each has responded to a different location and gastronomical offerings.
Since the first and most classic restaurants on the corner of Paseo de la Habana and Victor Andres Belaunde until the new modern facade of the Paseo de la Castellana, with an atmospheric terrace in the boulevarde and the magnificent locale in a small corner of the Gourmet Experience in El Corte Ingles in Callao, all of the Imanol restaurants are an excellent demonstration of the care that EOS knows how to give to this type of particular project. And not only achieving the best design, but also for managing the entire process, optimising deadlines and costs, to achieve the greatest satisfaction for the client.
