Comprehensive renovation of Ociopia Shopping centre
It had been operating for years, and the owner decided to carry out a comprehensive renovation of all its facilities and common areas, entrusting the work to EOS.
With the creation of new restaurant and leisure areas, we’ve boosted the number of visitors and increased the market for new spaces in the shopping centre.
To unify the outside area of the terraces, it is created a large pergola, working as an identifying element and providing sun shelter
The intervention is focused on a complete renovation of the common areas, including finishes, new pergolas at the entrance and changes in vertical communication elements with new lifts and escalators.
